The cocktail bar is open from 6pm Sunday to Thursday.  On Friday and Saturday nights the bar opens at 5.30pm for Happy Cocktail Hour when patrons & non patrons are invited to take advantage of $11 cocktails up until 7pm (any cocktail you wish except Long Island Iced Tea).  This price does not apply to cocktails served during this time in the restaurant.

The setting is very casual and sensual with mood lighting and lamps.  Large cushions are scattered all over the floor for those just wishing to stretch out, relax and enjoy a cocktail or two, and listen to quiet music in the background.   For those not wishing to sit or lie on the cushions, there are stools positioned around wine kegs and a couple of comfortable couches in the corner.
 
It is called a cocktail bar however the bar is stocked with anything you wish to drink.  If we don’t have it and you want it, we will try and get it for you.
 
Live music is performed on Friday and Saturday nights (8pm to 11pm).  Cooljas alternate with Blue Steel. The music consists of popular covers, blues and subtle jazz. They play to the audience.  If you want laid back music, they will accommodate … if you want loud to dance to, they will accommodate. 
 
It is the place to come to and relax, maybe before going into the restaurant to dine or after dining and just unwinding.  It is also the place to come to even if you are not dining at the restaurant.  The music is superb and the atmosphere is different to any other bar around town.  Just relax on the cushions, fall asleep...whatever you fancy.
